Grading is a key element of how we refurbish our products and approved suppliers refurbish the products we sell.

Sharp and Blaupunkt TVs:

Brand new and are supplied with a full 12 month manufacturer warranty. 

For other items such as Laptop, IT and Home Audio, we adopt the following methods of refurbishment:

AS NEW - A1 Refurbished 

AS NEW (A1) are open boxed units which have been returned within 14 days from the date of original purchase. The units may have at very worst case have very faint minor /non-permanent blemishes. All units then undergo a full 20-point inspection by our experienced tech team ensuring they are in full working order. Once all relevant checks have been complete the units are then securely repacked ready to be resold. We can confirm that on average 85% of our stock is still in its original packaging.

We supply a 12 month warranty with all AS NEW, A1 grade items sold on this website.

EXCELLENT - A Grade Refurbished

Excellent (A Grade) units may have some cosmetic markings that can still be seen when holding the unit at arm’s length, please be assured this will in no way effect the unit’s performance. There are no visual signs of deep scratches or dents to the unit. These units are usually returns within the first 60 days of purchase and show small signs of use. All A grade units have undergone a full 20-point inspection by our experienced tech team, before been securely repacked to ensure you get the best experience upon using your unit. All of the above is reflected in the units sell price.
